Welcome to the website of Parmley Design & Fabrication, LLC (“Parmley Design & Fabrication,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the manufacturer of XFrames vehicle firearm mounts and related products.

2. Product Use and Legal Compliance

XFrames products are designed for safe and lawful mounting of firearms and equipment. It is your responsibility to ensure that your purchase, installation, and use of any XFrames product comply with all federal, state, and local firearms, transportation, and storage laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

2.2 User Responsibility

By purchasing or using XFrames products, you agree that:

  • You are legally permitted to own and handle firearms.
  • You assume full responsibility for the lawful and safe use of the product.
  • You will install, mount, and secure firearms using XFrames products in accordance with all applicable safety regulations.
  • You understand and agree that Parmley Design & Fabrication, LLC is not responsible for misuse, unlawful activity, or accidents resulting from improper installation or handling.

We strongly recommend consulting local and federal laws and, when in doubt, contacting local authorities before using our products.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

3.1 Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.2 Pricing

Prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Shipping, taxes, and handling fees (if applicable) will be added during checkout.

3.3 Payments

We accept payments through approved third-party processors. By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount. You represent and warrant that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the method of payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping location, and carrier performance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

5.1 Returns

Due to the nature of custom fabrication and firearm-related products, all sales are considered final unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
If you believe you received a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for evaluation. Approved returns may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

5.2 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided production or shipping has not begun.

5.3 Custom Orders

Custom fabrication and design services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Product Safety and Disclaimer

By purchasing or using any XFrames product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • XFrames products are intended solely for lawful purposes.
  • It is your responsibility to verify that installation and use comply with firearm transportation and storage regulations.
  • Parmley Design & Fabrication, LLC is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, unauthorized modification, or unsafe installation.
  • Firearms should always be unloaded before installation or removal.
  • You assume full responsibility for any risk associated with use or misuse of the product.

WARNING: Improper installation or handling of firearms can result in serious injury or death. Always follow firearm safety rules and manufacturer guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to text, images, product designs, logos, graphics, and trademarks, are the property of Parmley Design & Fabrication, LLC or used under license.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from our website or marketing materials without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Parmley Design & Fabrication, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or property damage arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
  • Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

All products are sold “as is” and without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We make no guarantees regarding compatibility with specific firearm makes or models unless explicitly stated.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parmley Design & Fabrication, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of our products, violation of these Terms, or breach of any law or regulation.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
