About XFrames

My father taught me how to shoot a rifle when I was very young. We hunted deer, rabbits, and turkeys out of necessity – to put meat in the freezer.

Rifles have always been my niche. I’ve always had an ability to shoot. I became very proficient with long-range rifles. It just came naturally to me.

ARs and AKs are used by the military and are my family’s personal defense weapons. I’m proud to be able to use the same rifles our military uses to defend our country. I enjoy building custom rifles for family members and customers, with a focus on home defense weapons.

When I was growing up, the adults in my life had rifle racks in the back of their trucks and rifles lying in the backseat of their cars. When I started going to high school, I had my own rifle rack in the back window of my truck. I always kept a rifle or shotgun in the back of my truck, and so did all my friends and family. It was the normal thing to see – if you saw a truck without a gun in the back window, you knew they weren’t from the country.

When I was traveling for my previous job, I had a lot of time to think about our history as far as 2A rights and carrying rifles in your truck or car. I started seeing different mounts online but not a lot of choices, and the choices I saw were very expensive, not well-made, and not durable.

I started thinking that someone needed to come up with a rugged, affordable quality rifle mount, and one night in a hotel I started thinking about how I could do that. I started building my prototypes out of cardboard, paper, tin, and sheet metal until we landed on a steel prototype. From there, we patented the design and now we fabricate these mounts for law enforcement, military, hunters, security personnel, civilian gun enthusiasts, and side-by-side owners.

Here we are today – we found someone to partner with for our American-made centerpieces, which was extremely important to us.  We pride ourselves on an American-made product with American materials. I’m not going to provide foreign material or a foreign product for an American-made right-to-carry.

At XFrames Weapon Mounts, we believe in integrity, honesty, hard work, and love of country. I grew up in a military household and had a military family. We didn’t have a lot. We had what we needed, but we had our pride – we had our love for the American flag. We had our love for country. 

The United States is the greatest nation in the world, and I stand behind it. We proudly fly our American flag above our home every day. Even at my age right now – at 54 years old – if I were asked, I would go to fight for our country, without a shadow of doubt and without hesitation. As a civilian or a citizen, I will fight to defend my family and my friends in my community. As Americans, we need to get back to where everyone believes in protecting our nation here at home before we protect other countries abroad. 

It’s really simple – I want everyone who owns a rifle to be able to safely and securely carry it in their truck, SUV, or side-by-side from point A to point B and back to A without it getting damaged. I want my fellow rifle carriers to arrive prepared.

I want our mounts to be affordable and accessible to gun enthusiasts because I know, as a gun lover, if I have to make the choice between an accessory that costs the same as a new rifle or a new handgun, I’m going to choose a firearm.

Affordability with no gimmicks is a cornerstone of our business model. Our mounts are lifetime guaranteed for a reason: I stand behind our product. I would rather sell everybody a mount and make a penny than try to get rich off of 10 mounts. You don’t have to have a six-figure salary to afford an XFrame Weapon Mount. 

We’ve got a lot on the horizon. We’re expanding our shop and moving into a new facility. We have some new products coming out this fall that will cater to fishermen, construction, and site prep workers. 

We’ve got a huge gun show coming up in November – the Wanamaker’s Tulsa Arm Show in Oklahoma. We will be there with a lot of inventory in our side-by-side. We’re really looking forward to that show. It’s supposed to be the biggest one in Oklahoma – thousands of people attend every year.
